We realize that many of our customers are non-profit or working with donated dollars, for this reason we have created a shipping page. You may choose the appropriate shipping for your order.  Orders of a large amount or outside of Canada will be shipped according to the type of delivery you require. Please provide us with an email address by which we can respond to your requirements and confirm shipping arrangements and costs.

All products are guaranteed against manufacturer defect. Products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of your receipt. We do not refund shipping charges. Notify us in advance that you would like to return or exchange a product, and the reason for your request. You may notify us via mail, email, online form, or phone.

Orders within Canada will be subject to GST only (for books). Cassettes, CD's and giftware are subject to PST if appropriate in your province. Shipping is subject to tax if appropriate in your province. Orders shipped to international destinations may be subject to applicable duty and clearance charges, which will be the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.
